Return Policy

At Olivia Hart, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you want to return a product. In this document we clearly explain our return policy.

Conditions for returns

  • You may only request a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer’s expense, including any international shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on is allowed, wearing is not.

  • Returning products that were deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention to (partly) return them is not allowed.

Return process

  1. Register your return via hello@olivia-hart.com within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier from us (based in China).

  3. You send the item back entirely at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.

  4. We always recommend using a shipping method with track and trace.

Refunds

After the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
